Our jasmine tea is meticulously produced by harvesting tea leaves in early spring. These leaves are stored until late summer when fresh jasmine blossoms are at their peak. The blossoms are collected in the morning while still closed and kept cool until evening. At night, the flowers open, releasing their enchanting fragrance. Traditionally, layers of jasmine flowers are alternated with green tea leaves overnight, allowing the tea to naturally absorb the floral essence. In modern practices, warm air is passed through the blossoms and then filtered through the tea, enhancing the infusion process. This method results in a tea celebrated for its fresh, floral aroma and delightful taste.
