We operate as a worker-owned cooperative, which means the team doing the work shares real ownership, agency, and fair compensation.
This model reflects everything we stand for: community care, transparency, and creating alternatives to the corporate systems we’re all tired of funding.
We refer to ourselves as “worker-owners” because we are all owners, and we all do the work.

The Founder
I’ve always been driven by a deep love for the earth and an equally deep refusal to accept the greed, exploitation, and suffering built into our current systems. I believe everyday choices can be a form of resistance, which is why I built Ethikli in the first place: to create a real alternative for people who want to live with more intention, compassion, and integrity.
In October 2025, to have more time to raise my son, I stepped back from daily operations and passed the torch to Christina and the rest of the team, who are carrying the mission forward with intention, transparency, and integrity.
I’m still channeling that same rebellious, people-first spirit into my personal work, creating and curating low-waste, vegan, ethical essentials for moms, babies, and kids while sharing the real, imperfect side of eco-minimalism. You can find my new chapter at katyimp.com.
