Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ethikli, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, as a small business focused on sustainability, we have to be mindful of returns to reduce waste and financial loss. Please review our policy below:

Final Sale Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, most of our products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

- Personal care items (soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, deodorants, etc.)

- Washcloths, sponges, and other reusable cleaning/hygiene products

- Bulk/refillable items

- Perishable goods or food items

Exceptions: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused retail products (e.g., packaged home goods, accessories, or non-perishable items) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at katy@ethikli.com within 7 days with a photo and order details. We’ll replace the item or offer a refund as needed.
