This rich, floral and citrus-y sip is one of the most popular teas in the world. It is a fusion of black tea and bergamot oil, so it is also called bergamot tea. Early Grey is filled with plant compounds called polyphenols, which act as antioxidants and helps support whole body health.

Directions 
Pour 8 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
