Red lentils, tri-color quinoa, coconut milk powder, raw cashew pieces, dried minced onion, curry powder, bouillon powder, dried minced garlic, turmeric, cumin, sea salt, red pepper flakes, ground black pepper.

Add to a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water, stir well, and cook at high pressure fo 3 minutes. After 10 minutes of natural pressure release, release the rest of the pressure manually. Makes 3-4 meals.
