 Directions
Dissolve coconut milk powder in hot water, using ¾–1 cup powder for each 1 cup hot water. For light milk, use only ½ cup of coconut milk powder per 1 cup hot water. For cream, mix 1 ½ cups coconut milk powder with 1 cup hot water. Remember that these ratios are only suggestions—the more powder used, the richer the milk!
