Our Turkish apricots are cultivated, harvested, and processed with meticulous care. The journey begins with handpicking ripe fruits, which are then partially sun-dried. Following this, the semi-dried apricots are pitted manually, thoroughly washed, and oven-dried to achieve optimal moisture levels. Notably, no sulfur dioxide or sulfates are used during drying. Packed with antioxidants, these apricots are a great source of vitamin A and a good source of iron, vitamin C, dietary fiber, and potassium.
