The difference between a traditionally made pasta like Bionaturæ and an industrially made pasta is easy to detect. The pale color and porous surface of our pasta is different because we extrude the shapes through traditional bronze dies and dry our pasta slowly at low temperatures. We carefully select and cultivate all of our certified organic wheat and have it freshly milled for each production. bionaturæ organic pasta is made by a third generation of a family of pasta makers, who mastered the art of making artisan pasta over a century ago. Bronze Dies: We use traditional bronze dies to press our pasta shapes instead of Teflon, because this lends a coarse surface that your sauce will cling to. Crafted just as it was a century ago.
Low-temperature drying. Our drying temperatures never exceed 160F, and low-temperature drying preserves the delicious flavor of our organic wheat pasta.
Organic Durum Wheat Semolina.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.Avoid direct sunlight.
With proper storage, pasta can last 2 to 3 years.
