Hemp and bamboo are some of the most sustainable fabrics available (aside from recycled, of course). They are fast-growing, high-yield crops that require no pesticides or herbicides!
Both hemp and bamboo are hypo-allergenic and non-irritating to the skin. They provide all the warmth and softness of a natural textile and are exceptionally durable and strong fabrics.
Hemp and bamboo require no pesticides, crowd out weeds without herbicides, control erosion of the topsoil, and produce oxygen. They're also very fast-growing crops, producing high fiber yield per acre and use require less water than cotton.
Aaaand...if they get left in a pocket and thrown in the wash, they will just get clean: no more picking tiny pieces of shredded paper off of everything in the dryer.
55% Hemp/Chanvre, 45% Bamboo/Bambou (OKEO-Tex100 standard)
Each wipe is 1 ply and the size is 8.5"x8.5" (will shrink after first wash to fit nicely in a wipes tub).
These wipes can be used as baby wipes at the change table or in the diaper bag. Simply wet with water or use Cheeky Bits cloth wipe solution cubes to moisten
Care: Wash cold, hang to dry or tumble dry low.
Expect some shrinkage.
*Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets as these can decrease absorbency.
